- This luxury apartment complex is located in Anaheim, California, minutes away from Disneyland and Angel Stadium. The complex is 4 stories tall and houses 98 units with 2-story lofts on the third and fourth floors to provide grand spaces for its users. The design for this collaborative project was unique at its time to allow for a 6-level building in Type III construction. The building offers a new-urban lifestyle with amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse, resort-style pool, spa, and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces. The loft-style apartment homes are approached with modern design sensibilities and offer a friendly community environment to live within.
